Welcome to Pirate's Cove Slip Owners' Association
**The Board now requires that all slip owners maintain a current insurance policy for their vessel with a coverage limit of $500,000. Please email a copy of your current policy to pchoaadmin@pirates-cove.com so we can keep it on file. This will be updated annually to ensure compliance and for the overall benefit of the Pirates Cove Marina.
The Pirate's Cove Slip Owners' Association was created in 1990 with the docks being built in stages.
The Pirates Cove Yacht Club is a protected 195 slip world-class deep water marina that is located in Manteo, North Carolina and is the home to a variety of boaters. Many high caliber privately-owned sport fishing boats and a first-class sport fishing charter fleet are home based at Pirate's Cove, and enjoy its quick access to prime Atlantic fishing grounds. An Owner of a Condominium Slip automatically becomes a member of the Association.
